  • Home staging is the process of preparing a home for sale by furnishing and styling it to highlight its best features. Professionally staged homes typically sell faster and for a higher price than non-staged homes.

  • We stage vacant homes, occupied homes, model homes, and investment properties. We also offer partial staging or styling consultations based on your needs.

  • Pricing depends on the size of the property, the number of rooms/spaces staged, and the level of service. We offer custom quotes after an initial consultation or preview of the property.

  • Our services include design planning, furniture and accessory rental, delivery, installation, and removal. We create a cohesive and welcoming design that appeals to your target buyers.n

  • 30 day increments at 75% off of the original contraction.

  • We complete most installations in just one day. However, we kindly ask that you schedule real estate photography for after 1:00 PM the following day. This allows time for any last-minute adjustments in case of unexpected issues during installation, such as an item being damaged in transit.  This ensures everything is photo-ready.

    For very large or complex projects, installation may require more than one day. If that’s the case, we’ll discuss the timeline with you in advance before scheduling.

  • Yes, we offer occupied staging consultations and styling services where we can enhance your current setup with our accessories or make recommendations for minor changes.

  • Yes! If you prefer to do the staging yourself, we offer consultation services where we walk through your home and provide detailed recommendations for preparing it for market.

  • We serve all around the greater bay area. For homes outside our standard service area, a minimum staging charge is required.

  • Our minimum staging fee is $2,950, even for smaller spaces like studios. This covers essential costs such as the use of a moving truck, delivery team, design planning, installation and staging removal. Every project, regardless of size, requires the same logistical coordination and professional resources to ensure a high-quality result.

  • We take every precaution to protect the property and our items. Any accidental damage is addressed promptly, and our contract outlines responsibility in detail.

  • Full payment is due on the day of installation.

  • Zelle, Check, and Credit Card (for all credit card transactions, there is a 3% transaction fee)

  • $125 per hour for recommendations such as paint, lighting concepts, hardware, flooring, textures and finishes.
