Staging
Full Staging:
Full staging is for properties that are vacant and mostly unfurnished. After the initial walk-through we can also consult on updating fixtures, lighting, paint colors, flooring and other details that can help increase the value and sale price of your property. We will tailor a customized staging plan and create the room concepts in our warehouse before delivery. Once we book a date for install, we will bring in all the furniture pieces, decor, artwork, accessories, plants and flowers to compliment the property’s structure and style, to bring it to its full potential.
Partial Staging:
We understand that sometimes owners still need to live on the property during the Open House process. Partial staging is a great option when needing to work with existing furnishings. We will evaluate the space and add additional furniture, decor, artwork, and accessories to help the home look its absolute best!
